[ES] El proyecto consiste en el diseño cálculo y modelado de un prototipo de elevador para bicicleta. Se definirán los criterios de diseño del equipo. Se realizarán los cálculos de cada uno de los elementos que lo componen. Se determinará el tipo de mecanismo más adecuado para la elevación. Se llevará a cabo el estudio de los materiales a utilizar para su optimización en términos de resistencia y rigidez. Se desarrollará una simulación en el software de elementos finitos y por último se realizará un estudio económico del equipo final.
[EN] The Project is about the design of the protoype of a bike lift workbenches whick will be raised mechanicaly to make it easier the mechanic to do this work, above all with the heavy bikes such as the eletric ones. At present there are only structural workbecnches.
To begin with a preliminary study is conducted to obtain information about shapes, components as well as the elevator system needed for such workbenches and determine which elements might be useful for the Project and make the right choice.
The next step is to make the design of the prototype and development, for which it will be essential to select the materials according to the neccesary chracteristics, and test the stress and strain generated.
Finally, is done on cad software to calculate and simulate the preliminary requirement and to know more accurately the information os each component and make the necessary changes.
In the last part, the total Budget of the Project is included.
