ABSTRACT This thesis is developed in order to define an integration framework for quality, environmental and occupational health management systems, taking corporate social responsibility (CSR) and excellence models as a basis. It aims therefore to provide organizations a tool to improve productivity and competitiveness, applicable to Colombian companies. Initially, theoretical relations based on the principles of each of these systems, the relations between the stakeholders involved and integrated management systems and concepts of ISO 26000:2010 on social responsibility. Then, to contrast these relationships it was carried out an implementation in two organizations in the region, to check how "established" these concepts were within them. The most important results of the research were to generate a model that relates management systems and the generation of indicators with which management can determine whether or not it complies with its CSR. In this way, it is proposed to organizations to show their CSR, from "inside", i.e. through organization good deeds from a business standpoint: no pollution, respect and concern for their employees, customers, stakeholders in general, this will generate a very good reputation and image among not only members of their own organization but external entities as well, because they are always observing the behavior and actions of any company. It therefore provides organizations with a valid reason to venture into CSR activities, so that integrating this concept in its basic strategy and global management system they would have more productivity and could become competitive and socially responsible companies by criteria of excellence. Key words: Corporate social responsibility; quality, environment and occupational health management systems; EFQM Excellence model; integrated sustainable management; sustainability.
