The aim of this work is to prevent textile industry from textile products made in
west industries. Competitiveness products will be on market if companies
have an effective management system, focused no only to financial control but
to production, quality, etc. Thus, the study will design a management system
completely adapted to textile industries.
The objective of that work is to develop a way of measure how the company
works in every area, such as productivity, financial, etc. This system will
provide information so that management in textile industries will be improved.
The management system will be designed in order to be applied to the textile
companies in Comunidad Valeciana, but as textile companies can present
different production sectors, this work will be focused on textile industries
which activity is to weave home fabrics.
While doing the project, a vast number of companies have been interviewed,
so that they define five main areas, when they are measured it will allow the
company to know how is running, and will provide objective values to decide
future actuations.
As a result, success actuations will be defined for the companies that work on
weaving for home textiles, which will define an specific Balanced Score Card.
