In this thesis are a number of techniques for analysis and design of microwave devices that will emphasize the need for accuracy and efficiency in these processes so as to analyze the design of microwave devices is described in full in the thesis. In turn, developing techniques for speeding up analysis algorithms that greatly reduce the time for characterization of structures that make up the devices. Due to the complexity of current arrangements, an increase in speed of analysis in turn improves the time required for the design and development of these complex devices. This is because the techniques of CAD optimization algorithms require invoking the analysis modules repeatedly. This goal of increasing speed and accuracy in analysis and design has required a careful choice of techniques and improvement is the same.
