SYNOPSIS The research starts because of having detected difficulties and problems in learning technical drawing in high school . We are trying to improve the quality of teaching and to help students to develop spatial ability, as well as, abstract reasoning not learning by heart, with a new method. This new method is based on informatic programs (mathematical processor) such as CABRI 2D-3D, which combined with the optimization of the available resources creates a new educational space.. Before, the student learnt just in class, but with this new method, he feels involved so that, he develops a great capacity for working, asking, drawing…outside the class. It breaks the traditional temporary space. The student doesn’t waste his time, so he gets better results with his effort. This greater commitment in his learning process by the student, makes the teacher be the inducer of the whole process, not only in class. We must not forget that the figure of the teacher is not removed in any case, and that it’s possible to work from anywhere by the web class. We can affirm, after a long process of reflection and research by analyzing the inputs and proposals from different authors, making practices with students, follow-up courses for teachers and also, by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the method, that it’s demonstrated that: • Students with appropriate exercises, develop their space capabilities with a progressive interactive creative learning ,and not learning by heart. • Generally, students with high learning difficulties improve their results. • Students can have different rhythms of work and / or learning. •The method increases the interest of students. • It increases the interest in those students who were unmotivated and / or at the risk of giving up the subject. • It improves the accuracy of the design and reduces working time by taking advantage of new technology Have these new tools and applications for the class and use TIC in the learning process is the task of everybody.
