Since the creation of the first European universities in the thirteenth century, its activity was focused mainly on speculative knowledge. It is from the mid-twentieth century when the University and enterprise relationships begin to take letter from nature, and society begins to sue the university to prepare students for the professional activities that require application of knowledge and scientific methods for artistic creation. For the European Higher Education Space, collaboration between higher education institutions and employers are essential. In Chapter 1 we reviewed the literature on relations between universities and enterprises from the point of view of employability of graduates and university structures created by universities to manage these relationships, its experience and historical evolution. In Chapters 2 and 3 we discussed the monitoring of job placement for graduates of the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, from different surveys of graduates from 1995/96 promotion to the 2008/09 promotion and employers. In Chapter 4 we present the main conclusions of this historical analysis, literature and research conducted through surveys of graduates and employers. Finally, proposals are advanced to develop activities and actions in the context of the current situation and the immediate horizon for the implementation of the new degrees and masters adapted to the European Higher Education Space.
