[EN] This TFG presents the development and part of the pre-production of a 2D animated short film made by a two-person team. This second part deals with the development and realization of concept art, storyboard, as well as the assembly of the animatics of the short film. The main theme is dysphemia or stuttering, a functional disorder of oral communication, which affects some 70 million people worldwide, appearing more frequently at an early age. Therefore, the short tells the story of Elia, a girl who lives with a little monster, Tarta, which prevents her from speaking fluently, this being the graphic representation of her disorder. Elia faces the challenge of learning to live with this monster and to understand it. The main objective of the project is to make dysphemia visible, showing a correct way of approaching it, since previously this speech difficulty has been treated as a fight to cure it, instead of promoting its acceptance in order to work on the problem and live with it in a healthy and fruitful way. Animation being the best means of communication to educate from childhood and present different realities.
