Resumen
[ES] El estudio consiste en realizar distintos tests sobre un Reactor de lecho empacado, con ayuda del Software de control Aprol. El proyecto se realizará en un laboratorio, donde se ha preparado un banco de ensayos compuesto de controladores PID, un Reactor de Lecho Empacado horizontal, otro en Vertical, válvulas, calentador y dispositivos de medida.
Los tests consistirán en configurar diversas temperaturas de entrada y salida para ambos procesos de carga y descarga del regenerador, con difrentes flujos de aire. Se ejecutarán 5 ciclos de carga/descarga para coda configuración, y finalmente se realizara una conclusión con los resultados obtenidos.
El objetivo es estudiar la histéresis y la termoclina dentro del reactor, asi como la eficiencia de almacenamiento tras realizar diversos ciclos consecutivos.
[EN] The study consists in several tests done in a Packed Bed Regenerator, using the Control Software Aprol. The Project will be done in Laboratory, where a test rig composed of PID controllers, an Horizontal Packed Bed Reactor, a Vertical Packed Bed Reactor, Valves, Heater and measurement devices. Tests will consist in setting some inlet and outlet temperatures for both chargin and discharging procees in the Packed Bed Regenerator, with different air mass flow rate. 5 cycles of charging/discharging phases will executed for each configuration, and after that a conclusion of the results will be done. 9 types of configuration will done. The objective is to study the thermocline and hysteresis inside the Bed Regenerator. Also the eficiency of energy storage after carrying out several consecutive cycles.
