Abstract

[ES] El proyecto consiste en la creación de la sede del Green Building council del Mediterráneo, una asociación que vela por la edificación sostenible. El proyecto da respuesta a las preocupaciones de sostenibilidad económica, social y medio ambiental y al programa requerido: divulgación, formación e investigación. La parcela está ubicada frente a la dársena interior del puerto de Valencia, en el final de la Avenida del Puerto en su encuentro con Ingeniero Manuel Soto, lugar donde se conecta la ciudad con el Puerto y el Mar.[EN] The Project is about the creation of the Green Building Council headquarters, a group of professionals who look for sustainable building s construction. The project is a response to all the sustainable worries: economic, social and environmental; but also, to the program s requirements: educational, dissemination and investigation. The parcel is located opposite the inner harbour of the Valencian port, at the end of Avenida del Puerto in the intersection with Ingeniero Manuel Soto, where the city connects with the Port and the Sea.
