Resumen
[ES] HSE una compañía que fabrica componentes para instalaciones de energías renovables. HSE tiene una gran presencia ya consolidada en el mercado europeo y quiere expandirse. El objetivo de este trabajo es aconsejar a la empresa sobre cual es el mejor lugar y la mejor estrategia para llevar a cabo dicha expansión. El trabajo consta de dos partes. La primera parte consiste en identificar el mejor país para expandir dentro de una determinada zona y la segunda parte trata sobre el plan financiero y la estrategia a seguir en una determinada zona.
Nota: Las zonas de la primera y segunda parte del proyecto no son la misma.
[EN] HSE is a Dutch manufacturer and project developer of sustainable energy technology. The company is seen as a small player in the global market of sustainable energy. Although the company has a strong and stable basis in the European energy market. The aim of this project is to give an adivce to HSE about which is the best location to expand to and which should be the strategy to follow to succeed. The project is conformed by two parts, the first part explains which is the best country to expand to within an assigned region and the second part is the business plan that the company should follow to have a successful expansion within a region. Note: The region of the first part is different from the region of the second part of the project.
