[ES] Este trabajo es un análisis de la pobreza energética principalmente en Europa y en los Balkanes Occidentales. En el trabajo se define lo que es la pobreza energética, sus causas y los indicadores que existen para identificar la pobreza energética. Este trabajo se ha hecho durante el proyecto GETA y quiere ofrecer mas conocimiento sobre la pobreza energética en distintos países
