Resumen
[ES] El trabajo de final de grado que se expone a continuación, detalla el proceso de constitución
de una empresa de cursos de formación para community managers. La idea principal ha
sido la de centrar a las empresas como nuestros principales clientes, a quienes
dirigiremos nuestros productos con mayor valor añadido. Nuestros productos serán
personalizables y se adaptarán a las necesidades de los clientes, algo que realmente nos
diferencia del resto. Además, los cursos podrán realizarse de forma presencial donde el
cliente elija y estarán en continua evolución y actualización para representar la realidad
del momento. Unas buenas campañas de marketing, así como tener presencia en los
lugares adecuados ayudarán a impulsar la organización y captar clientes durante los
primeros años. En el plan de marketing se detallan todas las acciones que vamos a tomar
en este sentido. Finalmente, el plan financiero demuestra que la empresa puede llegar a
ser viable y crecer de forma rápida sin tener que comprometerse demasiado con ninguna
entidad financiera.
[EN] The following final degree project relates the steps followed in order to set up a community manger-courses company. The main idea was to set companies as our main customers and focus our main products to them. Our products will be customizable and will be adapted towards our client’s needs, this is something that really differentiate us among our competitors. Furthermore, some of our courses will be taught personally wherever our customer wants. We will maintain the content of our products up to date in order to teach the most recent features and changes that will affect the way social networks are used. Our marketing strategy will make us gain customers rapidly and, having presence in the right places, will make us become a known brand. Everything related to marketing is detailed in this project. Finally, our financial plan shows that we can be a reliable company, capable of growing enough for being a referent in the future and without having a lot of debts.
