La economía social y su aplicación en la Cooperativa Pedralba Vinícola

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de este trabajo de final de grado es analizar y definir la economía social junto con sus aspectos más característicos. Por otra parte, se lleva a la práctica el análisis realizado anteriormente con el caso de la cooperativa Pedralba vinícola. El motivo principal por el que se ha seleccionado esta cooperativa para el análisis ha sido por su situación tanto a nivel interno como externo y por ser un tipo de empresa muy común en la comunidad valenciana. Una vez concluido el análisis, se procede a extraer las conclusiones del trabajo.[EN] The purpose of this final degree work is to analyse and define the social economy including the most characteristic aspects. On the other hand, the previous analysis is taken to the practice with the case of Pedralba vinícola cooperative to see how this is apply. The main reason why this cooperative was being chosen for the analysis has been their situation internally and externally, also for being a common type of company in Valencia.
