Bike light project and detail design for manufacture

Abstract

[ES] El proyecto consiste en la realización de una luz de bicicleta a partir de una bicicleta modelo que marcará los expectativas estéticas, de material y de forma, de este cumpliendo además con las especificaciones ( como el uso de dos baterías y tres LEDs de manera obligatoria) Para ello se han llevado a cabo las distintas fases del proceso de diseño como la investigación en contexto, fase de ideas y bocetado para pasar finalmente a la fase de modelado en taller y en CAD and CAM con el fin de prepararlo para inyección plástica.[EN] The project consists in the development of a bike light from a bicycle model that will specify the aesthetic expetations, of material and shape, of this one getting with the specifications too ( like the use of two batteries, and three LEDs without fail) To that end I have taken the differents stages of the design process like the research in context, the creation of ideas and sketching to reach to the models stage, made in the workshop and in CAD and CAM in order to get that ready for the plastic injection moulded.
