Ilustrar con luz
Hernández, Mar
[EN] This article is intended as a reflection on the relationship between light and images, because we need light to see them, and this seemingly innocent and simplistic statement, it is not because the light is a complex and truly rich phenomenon. In the development of our perceptual experience, image and light go together, because without light we hardly perceive the image, we will think about this relationship and how light is able to intervene in the images, modifying, altering and transforming them, being a very importan element in our perceptual experience.

Ver para creer. Diseño, ilustración y sostenibilidad
Pelta, Raquel
[EN] The environmental situation is critical, forcing us to question our production system and consumption patterns as well as our current well-being models. From the 1970s up until now, graphic designers have increased their involvement in environmental matters. They have developed resources for a more sustainable practice and tried to educate the public through self-commissioned projects or through their work for their clients. A feature of these projects is the place that illustration occupies because of its ability to showcase ideas visually and to make complex data understandable and attractive

El rótulo comercial. Protagonista de nuestra realidad
Cogollos Van Der Linden, Jonay Nicolás
[EN] Street signs are the media for advertising in our closest urban environment. They are intended to indicate information that is not outwardly observable in complex built-up landscapes. Commercial graphics puts its stamp on the urban environment. This study therefore enables us to better understand reality, culture and, ultimately, the world around us.

Un enfoque dialéctico en los usos tipográficos
Carrere, Alberto
[EN] Analysis from a dialectical point of view of situations related to graphic creation, in which the designer opts for solutions that have as a starting point a dual reality that could be understood as a confrontation or dialogue. Some typographic uses are examples of that outlook, which could be extended to creativity in general. Thus, we deal with certain cases linked to visual/verbal dialectics specific to typographic composition or to the implication of different contexts of reference (original/current) in the choice of fonts and their treatment.

Nude. Crea tu propio paper toy
