| es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | This project will implement several techniques for obtaining maps from electroencephalographic (EEG) signals to graphs. Particularly, quantile graphs (QGs) allows features such as long range correlations or randomness present in the underlying dynamics of the EEG signal to be to captured and quantified. The use of graph statistics to characterize time series and time series statistics to characterize graphs will be study. The implemented methods will be applied in EEG signals from epileptic patients and healthy humans searching to show the relationship between differences in brain wave dynamics and the topology of the estimated graphs. Thus, the dynamics of the time series is studied via the organization of the graph using measures such as Lyapunov exponent, entropies, and correlation dimension. | en_EN |
