Estudio y puesta en valor de la bodega El Calaverón, Villarrobledo (Albacete)

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de este proyecto es la puesta en valor y el estudio del posible uso de una bodega, datada de la segunda mitad del siglo XX, existente en la Finca El Calaverón, situada en Villarrobledo, provincia de Albacete, que en la actualidad se encuentra en situación de abandono. Se abordará la materialidad del edificio y los sistemas de construcción empleados así como las lesiones generadas debido al paso del tiempo y el desuso del edificio Además de realizarse un exhaustivo levantamiento gráfico del inmueble se realiza un proceso de encuestas como proceso participativo para el estudio de las necesidades del municipio y la propuesta de un cambio de uso.

[EN] The objective of this project is to analyse and valorisation in an existing winery in the Finca El Calaverón, located in Villarrobledo, province of Albacete. At present it is in a situation of abandonment. The property under study dates from the second half of the twentieth century. The material nature of the building and the construction systems used will be addressed, common at that time, and thus get to know the environment around the winery and its grapevines when it was in operation. As a result of the lapse of time and the disuse of the building have been generated a series of flaws which will be studied. An exhaustive graphical survey of the property is performed for its later valorisation of the farm. The change of use is achieved through a study carried out on the villagers to understand the needs of the municipality.
