dc.description.abstract | Czech beer is renowned for being one of the most prestigious in the world. Is for this reason, that it generates a large volume of important revenues for the county’s economy. Reason why which is very important not to forget to take this sector to implement new ways of tourism in the country. Throughout this study, we analyze this and other aspects related to the beer culture and the Czech beer industry, which has been consolidated over the years, and which it is closely relate with the tourism industry. The thesis is divided in three parts. The first one, talks about the history of beer, its evolution in Czech Republic, and the importance of this beverage into the country’s economy. The second one, analyses the Czech beer from the point of view of the tourism industry. It samples the multiples tourist activities related with beer, which nowadays are been developed in the country, like guided tours or beer festivals, and a new trend; what is the industrial tourism and how it is related with beer. And, in the third and last part, we can find our own proposal to improve the way of selling this tourist product in Spain; a industrial beer trade fair in Valence. | es_ES |
