Estudio y propuesta de conservación de alquería Olba n.º 13

Abstract

[ES] Este Trabajo fin de grado se centra en la Alquería de Ricós n.º 13, la cual forma parte de un conjunto de alquerías situadas en la calle Olba del barrio de Marchalenes, construidas entre los siglos XVI y XIX, aunque actualmente se observan las modificaciones producidas a lo largo del tiempo. El trabajo consiste en realizar un estudio sobre la alquería en cuestión. Se muestra, en primer lugar, su entorno, la evolución del barrio y se investiga sobre la huerta de Marchalenes, sus elementos estructurales y las alquerías que se mantienen a su alrededor. En segundo lugar, se realiza un trabajo sobre la propia alquería mediante el análisis arquitectónico y constructivo, el estudio de su evolución, reformas que ha sufrido y los posibles usos que haya tenido a lo largo del tiempo. Se analiza la vivienda actual mediante el levantamiento de planos, sistemas constructivos y mapeo de las lesiones existentes. Todo este análisis ha servido para realizar una propuesta inicial de intervención para su mantenimiento y conservación, preservando el patrimonio arquitectónico del barrio.

[EN] This project focuses on the farmhouse of Ricós N º 13. It is part of a group of houses located in the Olba Street of the district of Marchalenes, which were built between the 16th and 19th centuries, although there are currently modifications made over time. The work is to carry out a study on the farmhouse, knowing in the first place his surroundings and the evolution of the neighborhood. I will research the orchard of Marchalenes, their structural elements and the farmhouse that are kept around. Secondly, a work is done about the farmhouse itself through the architectural and constructive analysis, the study of his evolution, reforms that it has suffered and the possible uses it has had over time. It is therefore, that analyzes the current house by means of the raising of planes, constructive systems and mapping of injuries that there is. All this analysis has served to make an initial proposal of intervention for his maintenance and preservation.
