Análisis de la empleabilidad de los trabajadores discapacitados en España

Abstract

[ES] Con el presente trabajo final de máster se pretende analizar en profundidad las condiciones y dificultades del acceso al empleo de las personas con discapacidad.

Para ello, habrá que determinar, en un primer momento cuales son las cifras macro-económicas de trabajadores en esta situación, así como las características y contenido del marco legal que afecta a este colectivo. También se realizará un recorrido histórico de la protección de estos trabajadores dentro del mercado laboral y los diferentes cambios normativos que se han producido en esta materia en diferentes épocas.

Por otro lado, se realizará un recorrido por los diferentes contratos fomentan el empleo de este colectivo así como los beneficios fiscales que se derivan de su contratación.

Finalmente, se realizará una comparación entre la legislación laboral aplicable a este colectivo en España y la de diferentes países de nuestro entorno.

[EN] The aim of this final master's degree is to analyze in depth the conditions and difficulties of access to employment for people with disabilities.

For this, it will be necessary to determine, at first, what are the macro-economic figures of workers in this situation, as well as the characteristics and content of the legal framework that affects this group. There will also be a historical tour of the protection of these workers within the labor market and the different regulatory changes that have taken place in this matter at different times.

On the other hand, there will be a tour of the different contracts promoting the employment of this group as well as the tax benefits that result from their hiring.

Finally, a comparison will be made between the labor legislation applicable to this group in Spain and that of different countries in our area.
