Análisis estructural de una vivienda unifamiliar singular :Casa Hofmann

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de este trabajo es el análisis y cálculo del comportamiento de una estructura de una vivienda unifamiliar singular. La vivienda está situada en Rocafort, fue proyectada por Fran Silvestre y se realizó en 2017. Es una estructura mixta, de hormigón en el sótano y metálica sobre rasante. Lo más característico de este proyecto es la cubierta extruida con forma de "T", junto con los enormes voladizos. Esta forma tan peculiar de la cubierta está formada por perfiles metálicos que se unen entre si formando una cercha que aporta mucha rigidez a la estructura. El proyecto se resuelve en tres plantas, planta semisótano, baja y una cubierta transitable. La planta semisótano está proyectada para ser principalmente de servicio, cuenta con un lavadero, bodega, garaje, un dormitorio y aseo. La planta baja tiene una geometría muy rectangular y está claramente dividida en zona de dia y de noche. En cuanto a su distribución en planta, tiene un núcleo central más privado, que corresponde a la zona de noche. La zona de dia es la que rodea este núcleo central, está proyectada para albergar espacios más abiertos, diáfanos, y en contacto con el exterior a traves de las grandes cristaleras que iluminan los espacios y rodean el perímetro de la planta. Por último, la planta cubierta funciona como un mirador al ser la parte más alta de la vivienda, y vuelca todas sus vistas al jardín. La modelización de la estructura y su posterior análisis nos ayudará a entender el funcionamiento del conjunto de la vivienda, admitiendo y comprendiendo la solución tomada por Fran Silvestre.

[EN] The objective of this work is the analysis and calculation of the behavior of a structure of a single-family house. The house is located in Rocafort, was designed by Fran Silvestre and was carried out in 2017. It is a mixed structure, concrete in the basement and metal above ground. The most characteristic feature of this project is the `T¿ shaped extruded roof, along with the huge overhangs. This peculiar shape of the roof is formed by metal profiles that join together forming a truss that provides a lot of rigidity to the structure. The project is resolved in three floors, semi-basement, ground floor and a walkable roof. The basement floor is designed to be mainly of service, has a laundry room, cellar, garage, a bedroom and toilet. The ground floor has a very rectangular geometry and is clearly divided into day and night areas. As for its distribution in plan, it has a more private central nucleus, which corresponds to the night area. The day zone is the one of surrounds this central nucleus, it is designed to house more open, diaphanous spaces, and in contact with the outside through the large windows that illuminate the spaces and surround the perimeter of the plant. Finally, the covered floor works as a viewpoint as it is the highest part of the house, and dumps all its views to the garden The modeling of the structure and the analysis will help us to understand the operation of the whole house, admitting and understanding the solution taken by Fran Silvestre.
