dc.description.abstract This document explains the problematic and its evolution of a research done for Vicente Gandía Pla, S.A. as a requisite to accomplish the curricula to obtain the Master of Science Degree of the International Master Vintage. All the dimensions of a research of its kind and the problematic while developing the internship are explained in this paper trying to follow a logical framework to be easier to understand the development of this professional project. Therefore the utility of this paper will be demonstrated by the use of different methodologies and technologies to better understand the market situation and mainly for the strategies and actions that will be proposed. The internship behind this project was developed at the Vicente Gandía Pla, S.A. winery from the 25th march to the 25th September of 2008 in Valencia, Spain. es_ES
