Plan de Autoprotección en zonas de Interfaz Urbano Forestal en el Monte Público de El Valle y Carrascoy M0174

Abstract

[ES] Las zonas semiáridas del sureste español con clima mediterráneo siempre se han visto amenazadas por los incendios forestales. La problemática asociada al fuego forestal se ha visto agravada por el cambio climático, el abandono rural y la acumulación del combustible y el desarrollo de infraestructuras en el medio natural. Esto ha convertido los incendios forestales en emergencias relacionadas con el mundo de la protección civil. La Región Murcia desarrolla en materia de incendios forestales el Plan de Protección Civil de Emergencia por Incendios Forestales en la Región de Murcia (Plan INFOMUR), siendo este su plan especial. No se ha desarrollado hasta la fecha ninguna normativa en materia de Interfaz Urbano Forestal. El presente trabajo final de grado tiene como objetivo realizar un amplio estudio del territorio que permita evaluar el riesgo de interfaz urbano forestal del mismo, así como servir de guía para la planificación de las actuaciones encaminadas a preservar las infraestructuras y la seguridad de las personas que habitan la cara norte del Parque Regional de Carrascoy y El Valle en sus proximidades a la Ciudad de Murcia.

[EN] The semi-arid areas of the Spanish southeast with a Mediterranean climate have always been threatened by wildfires. The problems associated with forest fire have been aggravated by climate change, rural abandonment and fuel accumulation with the development of infrastructures in the natural environment. This has turned wildfires into emergencies related to the world of civil protection. In the field of forest fires, the Murcia Region develops the Emergency Civil Protection Plan for Wildfires in the Region of Murcia (Plan INFOMUR), this being its special plan. To date, no other regulations on the Widland Urban Interface have been developed. The aim of this final project is to carry out a comprehensive study of the territory that allows evaluating the risk of its urban forest interface, as well as serving as a guide for planning actions aimed at preserving the infrastructures and the safety of people who they inhabit the north face of the «Parque Regional de Carrascoy y El Valle» in its proximity to the City of Murcia
