Innovation and New Product Development in the context of a Spain multi-national company

Abstract

We live in a world where technological advances are progressing at a frenetic pace. Internet, smart phones, portable devices such as tablets, mobile data networks and so on, can offer companies new ways of doing business and create products that exploit the full potential of these new technologies. This project studies FERMAX's current innovation situation and proposes a new set of products that the company could produce to gain competitive advantage. They are technological based products and primarily supported by the current information technology as well as being easy to integrate into their production processes.
