Web application for a restaurant

Abstract

The main objective of this project is to develop a web application that will provide advantages and facilities for manage the company and for the customers: - Information about the facilities, and other services typical of a restaurant chain. - To be known the company in internet - To open the range of market and attract new customers - To have at the same time a central control of all the company customers and restaurants, and an individualized control of each restaurant by the staffs of the restaurants - To automate the booking process of each ones of the restaurants. - The possibility of add and remove restaurants in the application - Capability to book different services. - Capability to manage all the customers' booking via internet for each restaurant staffs Other of the objectives, is to develop an application that will have the next qualities: - Independency between layers - To have an application reusable on any platforms (mobile interface) - To separate the interface code (designer work) with the login layer. - Facilities for change the database technology This application has been designed to work in different platforms (web browsers, mobile phone) and using different technologies to store the
