No obstante, algunas desventajas

[EN] The ejectors are a fundamental part of analysis to improve refrigeration cycles. The fact
that they have no moving parts and that a large number of refrigerants can be used in them,
among which are many natural fluids, no harmful or polluting, have made in recent years the
ejector cycles are a very promising alternative to conventional compression cycles. However, some
disadvantages, such as the loss of performance when the design conditions are abandoned, make
the improvement of the ejector a field of great interest and current relevance.
This paper develops a parametric study of the ejector geometry with the use of a comercial
CFD software. In this way, the influence of the throat diameter and the length of the mixing
chamber, the parameters that are optimized with their changes and the phenomena that occur
in the ejector with their modifications will be analyzed. For this purpose, we have started from
an ejector with a constant mixing chamber (CAM), analyzing its properties, to then carry out
the sensitivity study in a CPM type ejector, or constant pressure mixing chamber eyector, and
we have also analyzed the influence of the outlet pressure on each of the geometries studied, in
order to analyze the range of operation.
On the other hand, the mathematics governing these systems has been studied in order to
justify the modifications made and analyze the results obtained, as well as we have defined the
most important parameters of the ejector in order to describe its operation and efficiency
