Cálculo estructural de una nave de 2450 m2 destinada a albergar en su interior un club de pádel, con gimnasio, vestuarios y oficinas, situada en el polígono industrial de Horno de Alcedo

Abstract

[ES] Partiendo de un solar de 3502 m2 , formado por la agregación de dos solares en el polígono industrial de Horno de Alcedo, de uso global industrial y almacén, se pretende realizar una nave industrial cuya ocupación será el 70% del solar, según coeficiente de ocupación indicado por las normas urbanísticas. En su interior, distribuiremos unas pistas de pádel y una edificación que se desarrollará en dos alturas; la planta baja destinada a vestuarios, aseos, almacén y recepción, y la planta superior destinada a cafetería. Según el PGOU de Valencia el uso deportivo es compatible en el suelo industrial. Para el desarrollo del proyecto se ha utilizado el programa de cálculo de estructuras CYPE del cual se ha hecho uso de CYPE 3D, CYPE CAD, generador de pórticos y Arquímedes para el presupuesto. Los planos se han realizado mediante el programa AutoCad de Autodesk.

[EN] Starting from a plot of 3502 m2, formed by the aggregation of two plots in the industrial estate of Horno de Alcedo, of global industrial and warehouse use, it is intended to build an industrial building whose occupation will be 70% of the plot, according to the occupation coefficient indicated by the town planning regulations. Inside, we will distribute paddle tennis courts and a building that will be developed on two levels; the ground floor will be used for changing rooms, toilets, storage and reception, and the upper floor will be used as a cafeteria. According to the PGOU of Valencia, sports use is compatible with industrial land. For the development of the project, the CYPE structural calculation programme was used, with the use of CYPE 3D, CYPE CAD, the portal generator and Archimedes for the budget. The drawings were made using the Autodesk AutoCad programme.
