METODOLOGÍA EN LA MODERNIZACIÓN TECNOLÓGICA DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN LOCAL: APLICACIÓN PRÁCTICA EN AYUNTAMIENTO DE BENETÚSSER

Abstract

La incorporación de las TIC dentro de la Administración Pública Española está siendo intensa en los últimos años. Entre otros motivos, la realidad social, la creciente utilización de nuevas tecnologías por parte de los ciudadanos y la rapidez de las transformaciones que estamos viviendo en la prestación de servicios, obligan a la implantación de un modelo de administración electrónica, donde el ciudadano es el elemento fundamental. Para poder realizar el cambio de la administración tradicional al nuevo modelo, son diversas las herramientas teóricas de las que se disponen. En este proyecto se pretende realizar una presentación de todos aquellos conceptos relacionados con la Modernización Tecnológica de la Administración Pública, así como describir una metodología válida a seguir en la Modernización de la Administración Pública a nivel local.

The incorporation of the TIC in the Spanish Public Administration is being intense in the last years. The main reason is the social reality, the increase in the use of new technologies by the citizens and the quickness in the changes that we are living in the services provided by the Administration, all these issues force to implement a model of electronic administration, where the citizen is the main element. There are many theoretical tools available to adapt the change from the traditional administration to the new model. The aim of this project is making a presentation of all the points related to the Technological Modernization of Public Administration, and describing also a valid methodology to be followed in the Public Administration Modernization in every city.
