dc.description.abstract | [ES] La Web 2.0 incluye una serie de herramientas y aplicaciones destinadas a mejorar la comunicación, cuyos principios fundamentales son la participación y colaboración de los usuarios en la creación y en el uso de la información. Se basa en el trabajo colectivo para crear nuevos contenidos, reutilizarlos, actualizarlos y enriquecerlos con opiniones y valoraciones, así como en la universalidad, el acceso libre a la información y la posibilidad de establecer relaciones sociales. En este artículo se exponen algunas de estas herramientas de gran interés para los profesionales de la salud y pediatras, así como una recopilación de las mismas y un glosario de términos: RSS (sindicación de contenidos), buscadores de información generales y especializados, blogs (bitácoras), podcasts (archivos de audio), slidecasts (archivos de diapositivas), videocasts (archivos de vídeo), Flickr y Picasa (administradores de fotografías). | es_ES |

The main principle is the participation and collaboration of users in the creation and use of information. It is based on the collective work to create new content, reuse, update and enrich them with opinions and assessments, as well as universal, free access to information and the possibility of establishing social relationships.
