Estado actual de la música contemporánea en España (2013)

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo principal de este trabajo es ilustrar de forma coherente y, mediante ejemplos, cómo es el hecho creativo actual en cuanto a composición de música contemporánea se refiere. Para ello se establecen los puntos necesarios que nos permiten tener una visión global de la composición musical en España desde principios del siglo XX hasta nuestro días, intentando establecer conexiones entre lo sucedido durante este siglo y hoy en día. Así mismo, se contemplan para su elaboración aspectos relevantes, tal y como son la interdisciplinariedad, o las posibles influencias que se aprecian en las obras compuestas por nuestros compositores hoy en día. Estas observaciones junto con las propias reflexiones de los mismos completan la idea de en qué punto nos encontramos. La metodología empleada viene dada por las características del trabajo en sí, siendo esta de tipo cualitativo, ajustándose a los parámetros subjetivos que este trabajo de investigación lleva implícitos dado su carácter y temática. Por último, señalar que se ha hecho un estudio de carácter general, ya que lo que se pretende demostrar con este trabajo así lo requiere. No hay análisis sistemáticos de obras, si no un estudio sobre opiniones y textos de diversa índole que reflejan las ideas y pensamientos de los compositores contemplados en este trabajo.

[EN] The main objective of this paper is to illustrate consistently, through the use of examples, how the creative act is performed nowadays as far as the contemporary musical composition is concerned. To this end, we¿ll establish the necessary points that will allow us a global perspective of musical composition in Spain since the early twentieth century until our days, making connections between what happened then and our situation nowadays. Furthermore, other important aspects are also taken into account such as interdisciplinarity or the possible influences that can be seen in the work of our composers today. These, along with the thoughts of said composers, complete the idea of where we are. The methodology employed is given by the characteristics of the work itself, it being of a qualitative type, adjusting it to the subjective parameters of character and theme that a research project such as this has embedded. Finally, it should be noted that the study made is of general nature, since the objective of the project requires it. There isn¿t a systematic analysis of works, but a study of opinions, reviews and texts of various kinds that reflects the ideas and thoughts of the composers covered in this work.
