RedRoom Productions. Gestión y Organización de una Productora

Abstract

En este documento explico el proceso creación, análisis y contextualización de la productora audiovisual RedRoom Productions. Una guía del procedimiento que he seguido de investigación al igual que puesto en práctica para crear y desarrollar la productora. Establezco una serie de objetivos al igual que procedimientos metodológicos que me ayudan a pautar y organizar el proyecto, comenzando por un marco teórico que no solo sirve para comprender el mundo de la producción, sino para poner en práctica varios métodos utilizados a lo largo de la historia y sacar provecho de estos mismos. Reinventando nuevos sistemas audiovisuales que me ayudan a resolver los conflictos y ser capaz de adaptarme a la nueva era audiovisual. A lo largo del recorrido he intentado dividir el documento en dos partes, una teórica y una práctica, en donde explico y como he mencionado con anterioridad un marco teórico y los fundamentos y conocimientos básicos para la creación de una productora. Mientras que en la parte práctica, demuestro y esclarezco lo aprendido para el desarrollo y fruto de la productora, el origen de esta misma y su avance dentro del mundo empresarial.

Through out this document I explain the process of analysis, contextualization and creation of RedRoom Productions. I proceed to show the investigation I did, that helped me to create and develop the project. Establishing objectives and methodological procedures that I will afterwards make use of, helps me understand and work step-by-step organizing the whole project. I start contextualizing the whole cinematographic industry, how, when and why it started, this will surely provide me the enough information to see how to take advantage of the industry and be able to start forming part of it. Trying to learn and reinvent new methods to become productive, known and of course being able to survive the new digital era. I¿ve tried to divide the document in two main parts, theoretical and practise, this means that as mentioned just before I have gone through an investigation process to recap as much information as possible, that will ensure that RedRoom will work out, in the other hand, I show all the theoretical transformed into practice, which means I set up the producer, show how it started, developed until nowadays in the industry world.
