dc.description.abstract | Floating wind turbines take advantage of the offshore wind force to produce a renewable and clean electric energy. Such systems offer a solution to overcome offshore barriers due to the deep water. Nevertheless, adopting a floater platform introduces an additional motion that must be taken into account in the control system, which aims at achieving a better efficiency and system longevity. In this work, the development, implementation and simulation of a multi-objectives state feedback obtained with a Linear Quadratic Regulator and Disturbance Accommodating controllers are addressed. The results are applied in simulation to a spar-buoy floating platform. | es_ES |
