En el proyecto podemos encontrar toda la documentación necesaria que el ayuntamiento requiere para la concesión de este tipo de licencias. Para el desarrollo de este TFG se ha necesitado consultar un gran número de normativa diferente, tanto a nivel estatal como autonómico y se han tratado puntos muy diversos durante su elaboración. El local que se va a adecuar se encuentra en la Avenida Camí Nou 195 bajo de Xirivella, Valencia.[EN] The purpose of this Final Degree Project is to prepare a project for reform and activity to obtain the license to open a mechanical workshop and purchase and sale of vehicles.
