Una extensa red de construcciones con espacios colgantes y colgados en que el suelo de la ciudad queda relegado a su nuevo propietario: el turista.[EN] From a dystopic perspective where mass tourism has taken over the city, the present paper explores the creation of a system by which the citizen takes back the city, not by substituting, but rather overlapping the street and building layout, or by using them for a continuous spatial and tall construction that integrates both residential groups and public spaces.
