Inlet drying air temperature (140-180 ͦC), aspirator rate (55-75%), and peristaltic pump rate (5-15%) effects were studied. Moisture content (%W.b.), Microencapsulation Efficiency (MEE, %) and Peroxide value (POV, meq/kg sample) considered as model responses.
