Important evidence of the immobilization of these drugs into the protein has been found by UV-vis spectrometry. Moreover, the literature contradictions about the interactions between colchicine and HSA have been unequivocally resolved.Reserva de todos los derechosHUMAN-SERUM-ALBUMINHINOKITIOL-RELATED COMPOUNDSCOLCHICINEPHOTOPHYSICSPHARMACOLOGYINHIBITIONBOVINEDRUGQUIMICA ORGANICAAntineoplastic tropolone derivatives as useful biomarkers: fluorescence enhancement upon binding to biological targetsArtículo10.1039/c3ra42122hCerrado
