Se desarrolla un trabajo sobre el edificio, en el cual se estudian, plantean y diseñan las medidas que es necesario implantar, tanto las exigidas por la propia situación actual del local, como las requeridas para el cumplimiento de la normativa legal vigente. También se especifican una serie de medidas encaminadas a crear un local agradable y funcional.[EN] The aim of the present Final Grade Project is the realization of a technical project in order to achieve the obtaining of the Work Licence and Environmental Licence from the Museros Town Council for the activity opening in a commercial establishment to the use Bar & Restaurant, without musical setting, having been requested the corresponding Urbanistic Compatibility Dossier.
