Learning from developments in student education, and based on the experiences of the pandemic, commercial enterprises and university staff have also started providing and utilising online platforms for self-development. This study examines the use of one such e-learning platform at an international higher education provider in Asia. It considers over 100 staff members learning initiatives over a two-year period, including teaching and non-teaching staff.
