Se ubica en uno de los márgenes del río Clariano, en el barrio Raval-Poble Nou. Se estudia la integración de un nuevo modelo de hábitat en el municipio de Onteniente, creando espacios de uso público para todos los habitantes, semi-privados y privados para los miembros de la cooperativa . Se pretende aplicar criterios de sostenibilidad e integración de carácter tanto social como urbano.[EN] The proposal consists in the development of a housing cooperative, on transfer of use, located in the municipality of Onteniente, in the Valencian Community. It's located on one of the edges of the Clariano River, in the Raval-Poble Nou neighborhood. The integration of a new model of living in the municipality of Onteniente is studied, thus creating spaces for public use for all inhabitants, semi-private and private for the members of the cooperative.
