Existen dos objetivos principales en este proyecto, por un lado adquirir la sensibilidad y visión de trabajar sobre un edificio con su fachada principal protegida y, por otro lado, proponer una nueva edificación con un uso que se integre en la zona. Primero se llevaron a cabo visitas al inmueble para, con posterioridad, poder realizar un análisis sobre las problemáticas detectadas en el edificio, con su consiguiente actuación sobre ellas. Posteriormente, se consultaron las normativas de obligado cumplimiento del nuevo uso y se consultaron tanto a trabajadores como pacientes de residencias y centros de día para familiarizarnos de las necesidades que debíamos cubrir. Se ha buscado mantener la historia y, a su vez, adaptar el edificio a la actualidad y a las necesidades de las personas de la tercera edad.[EN] The present Project aims to analyze and propose a change of use in the building located in Calle Sorní nº 14 of Valencia. There are two main objectives in this project. On the one hand to acquire the sensitivity and vision of working on a protected façade building. On the other hand, to propose a new building with a use that is integrated in the neighbourhood. First, visits to the building to be able to carry out an analysis of the problems detected, with its subsequent action on them. Secondly, the regulations of mandatory compliance with the new use were consulted. Furthermore, workers and residences and day center patients were consulted too to familiarize themselves with the needs that we should had to cover.
