Presentación de los factores que hacen necesario el estudio del diseño de estos refugios y su implantación como una red en el territorio. Así como analizar punto por punto los diferentes elementos a tener en cuenta en su construcción y las diferentes tipologías y su relación con el paisaje. Se presentan además casos estudios concretos donde el paisaje configura el elemento. Y por último se analiza el Parque Natural de la Albufera de Valencia, poniendo de manifiesto las cualidades del paisaje y la necesidad de una intervención paisajística para la mejora del espacio y su experiencia en la observación de aves.[EN] Rating viewpoints and shelters for observation of birds and other species as minimal interventions in the landscape, capable of reactivating socially and economically the environment.
