Se programarán los PLCs requeridos para la automatización mediante la aplicación TIA Portal y se conectarán ambas aplicaciones con el PLC-SIM, específicamente con el modelo de SIEMENS S7-1200. Por último, se visualizará el sistema con un HMI también programado con el software de TIA Portal. El proyecto avanzará desde dos etapas de pesado y redirección de las distintas cajas hasta llegar al paletizador. Los palets resultantes convergerán en la misma cinta transportadora hacia el almacén de carga y descarga.[EN] This project consists of a process that needs to be automated, and because of that, it will be simulated in the Factory.IO software which will grant us the correct function of itself.
