El proyecto está ubicado en la zona de Na Rovella, barrio de la ciudad de Valencia, perteneciente al distrito de Quatre Carreres. En este marco, el propósito de este trabajo es realizar un conjunto urbano, que apueste por la valorización de las características y posibilidades de vivienda cooperativa. Con la finalidad de cumplir con las premisas se pretende ahondar en los temas de morfología urbana y en la definición tanto tipológica, como espacial, constructiva, y estructural de la propuesta de proyecto.[EN] Based on a joint study of the place, a project is carried out that seeks to define the characterisation of types of housing with new approaches to living under the premises of economy, society and environment.
