Estos medios auxiliares se utilizan dentro del área de la conservación del patrimonio arquitectónico, en el ámbito de la intervención en las construcciones históricas. Este documento tiene como objetivo concreto describir los estabilizadores de fachada, definir las circunstancias en las cuales se requiere su uso, las diferentes tipologías, la ejecución respecto a dichas tipologías, los métodos de cálculo, las normativas aplicables y los elementos que lo componen. La mayoría de los casos en los que será necesaria la implantación de un estabilizador de fachada se darán cuando el edificio a intervenir tenga una gran importancia en el patrimonio arquitectónico de un municipio por tratarse de un edificio singular o por pertenecer a un conjunto arquitectónico determinado. En estos casos, dependiendo del grado de protección que tenga asignado, se podrá eliminar la estructura del edificio manteniendo la fachada cumpliendo un papel importante en la conservación de nuestra cultura e historia a través de nuestros edificios más emblemáticos.[EN] This Final Grade Work is about the front stabilizers. This auxiliary equipment are used within the area of conservation of architectural heritage, in the intervention’s field over historical constructions. The purpose of this report is to describe the front stabilizers, define the requirements on which they are mandatories, the different typologies, the calculation methods, the applicable regulations and the pieces which define them. In most of cases on which it will be necessary the front stabilizers set up will be given when the target building it’s relevant and a piece of the architectural heritage of an urban area. Because it’s a singular building or because it belongs to a certain architectural complex.
