To begin with, the aim of this work is, create a issue that allows management with concise and concert information. This knowledge about how the company moves and acts, must be adapted on real time, and reflect the real situation at present time.
This work begins with Dr. Pablo Díaz García doctoral thesis, and will study all sub sectors in textile field, that previous work did not studied.
Because of globalization, textile companies know how fast markets change, and they need efficient management issues.
When manage a company, a lot of information can be provided from different fields, such as production, environmental, financial, etc. This work is focussed to obtain the critical objectives of each sub sectors in the textile field. The companies that are going to be studied are the ones that work in the textile field and in the Comunidad Valenciana Region, most over when they are not big companies. 
All the companies that have been interviewed to reach the objective of that work have been 57.  The results offer a quantity of registers of indicators, when studied can compound a management issue that can work with Balanced Score Card, ISO 9000, etc, or as an independent issue to measure and control the company objectives. 
As a result, a number of 25 or 30 registers is obtained for each sub sector, to control 5 perspectives that focussed the management of the companies that belong to each sub sector. That issue will allow design an efficient operation strategy for the company related to their objectives, and taking into account the joint environment for the sub sector the company belongs to.
