In the thesis discusses the impact on the variables of economic performance of agricultural enterprises in the new Community Regulació wine in the appellation of origin Util - Requena, on the basis that the decisions of the farmers are taken according of future expectations that are generated taking into account changes in prices and the institutional environment established by EU regulation. It has a simulation model that allows the assessment of impacts at different stages in yields, prices and volume of collected funds for the various actions envisaged in the regulation of the market, comparing the situation at present with the future. The results show a greater reliance on variable stimulates economic conditions in the futures markets, at significantly reduced direct aid to the sector. The investigation includes a thorough analysis of the EU regulation of the sector, both currently in effect as of the various reform proposals that have culminated in the regulations adopted in 1998. The analysis methodology employed can be easily adaptable to other Spanish denominations of origin.
