With the continuous hourly reduction that the artistic educations have suffered along the different education laws, and the treatment that they suffer in each of them, these subjects remain placed as matter of changeable need. This fact takes us into a problem in baccalaureate, which students who decide to deal the subject of Technical drawing, to meet harmed by the reduction of hours in the subject of Plastic and Visual Education, in the way that many of them come to the baccalaureate without the knowledge of basic concepts for the correct development of the subject of Technical drawing. This research wants to propose a solution to compensate that problem. In that way, we have tried to orientate students and teachers inside the New Technologies, in the great diversity of available supports and its educational use. The computer is a very attractive tool for the student, in order to help them to keep their concentration, in a very superior way to the traditional methods. On the other hand, for the teacher, the computer is of great help, since it favors the creation of a great variety of material to develop the activity inside the classroom. The interactivity of the multimedia software is a very important element. They allow the teacher to adopt a lightly different attitude from the traditional one. The New Technologies are an instrument of great help for the development of the spatial vision and the logical - deductive reasoning, two characteristics that define the discipline of Technical drawing. In this way for example, the incorporation of movement with detailed sequences in constructions graphs, favors a major understanding. Another property of this instrument is the interactivity that favors the study of the Technical drawing too, since the student can adopt a more active role, what it is an important inducement for them. The educational system must be based on teaching by doing a correct use of the new resources. In order to achieve a modern education system, it become necessary the use, in formative areas, of the tools of progress that the society develops. A change in the education is not possible without a change in teachers´ attitudes and skills in order to adapt them to a new society. In this respect, ICT offers new ways of applying the knowledge. It would be necessary to change the traditional models of teachers' formation, and to include, for example, the following aspects in the education programs for teachers who want to useICT successfully: Internet is a very important instrument that the new technologies offer us. This is the environment that we have studied and analyzed along this research. In that way, we selected a set of tutorial software that, in one or another way, leads students´ work. Using like start point previous information and some previous specific activities, students learn to use certain capacities, knowledge and/or skills. After studding a series of questions that we pose and answering them along this research, we affirm that each of the selected and analyzed software, apply to the needs of the educational system. They are more effective than the traditional applications and that might be an effective tool to decrease the school failure because they help us to solve the problems that students faced in the past, in the way that they see solutions easier in a known environment. On the other hand it favors the relationship between students who make the chosen activities. They see them as a game where competition occurs to exist. The teacher remains free to attend the individual problems, whereas the student works and learns in an autonomous way. We achieved a set of multimedia software that favors a good attitude in the student, that allows the individual or team work and that allows the teacher to evaluate their efficiency and to advice specific exercises for every student according with their possible limitations. That is impossible to achieve following traditional methods because the slowest student marks the going on of the lesson. So, ICT allows a major customization and individualization of the learning process. Every student can analyze itself to see what its failures are, what make possible the introduction of content levels. On the other hand, the students prove to be more motivated, in subjects as Dyedric System that become almost impossible to understand for some of them. So these resources increase students’ performance. x iii
