Debido a la importancia de la funcionalidad en la arquitectura y la necesidad de la misma para el ser humano, en este trabajo se ha analizado el aspecto acústico en la misma. Además, debido a la necesidad e importancia que la protección acústica tiene en la arquitectura residencial, se ha analizado este caso de estudio, enmarcado en el sector hotelero, un hotel ya ejecutado. Un análisis completo de un caso concreto y ejecutado, sumado a una serie de propuestas e ideas para la mejora del mismo son las bases sobre las que se parte en este trabajo. Apoyándose en todo momento de la normativa actual, se evaluará el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas empleados y se resaltará la importancia de éstos en la arquitectura, concretamente en la residencial.

[EN] Study theory of the conditions of insulation acoustic in the sector hotel. Study of case

Due to the importance of the functionality in the architecture and the need of the same one for the human being, in this work the acoustic aspect has been analyzed. In addition, due to the need and importance that the acoustic protection has in the residential architecture, it has been analyzed this case of study, placed in the hotel sector, an already executed hotel. A complete analysis of a specific and executed case, added to a series of alternatives and ideas for the improvement of the same are the bases on which it splits in this work. Resting at all time of the current regulation, there will be evaluated the correct functioning of the existing systems and the importance will be highlighted by these in the architecture, concretely in the residential one.
