dc.description.abstract [EN] This paper looks at a number of different technologies that are being used currently in agricultural education at the University of Queensland (UQ), Australia through the lens of ‘disruption’ as a positive force. The paper will describe a number of tools and systems that have been developed, tested and implemented to engage students and provide an interesting, educative interactive experience at UQ. These tools include Internet of Things multisensory mesh networks and associated Data Dashboard developments for biophysical monitoring, Drone technology design and build for agricultural management and Augmented Reality simulations. These tools have all added engagement of, and value to, students. es_ES
