Abstract

[ES] Este proyecto se sitúa en la parte oeste de Benimámet. Actualmente el municipio se puede dividir en dos partes, norte, formada por una edificación mas nueva, y la parte sur, donde encontramos el casco antiguo de la ciudad. Este está formado por mucha edificación, y sin dejar apenas espacio para las propias calles, y mucho menos a zonas verdes. En ambos laterales de este centro histórico, encontramos dos grandes zonas completamente deshabitadas. Con este proyecto, se pretende dar solución a estas zonas laterales al centro histórico. Concretamente, se centrará en la zona oeste. Estos dos grandes espacios están conectados por la nueva vía verde que ya ha habilitado Benimámet. En el inicio oeste del parque lineal, encontramos además una parada de metro, por lo que hace de esta zona un lugar estratégico donde ubicar el proyecto, al tratarse de un programa docente, que albergará a muchos usuarios. Es importante conocer la situación del proyecto, ya que esto es la razón de su propio nombre. VITA, en italiano, vida, es lo que se pretende conseguir con este proyecto. No solo se trata de cubrir el programa necesario, si no, de dotar al pueblo de algo mas que un centro docente. El edificio gira sobre si mismo, creando una plaza en el interior, y quedando abierto al norte, por donde desemboca el gran parque lineal de Benimámet. De los 5 bloques lineales que se forman, se crean tres agrupaciones, una con un único bloque, y otras dos con dos bloques cada una. Así cada grupo cubre el programa necesario para los distintos grados, electrónica, informática e imagen y sonido, además de la administración del centro. En panta baja encontramos la zona más pública, que es la gran plaza central. Aquí es donde ocurrirá la mayor interacción con el pueblo, ya que además de la cafetería abierta a todos, se pretende ubicar los talleres de los distintos grados, abiertos a la gente, para así cubrir necesidades de ambos, tanto los que necesitan asistencia técnica, como a los alumnos, que ayudando a la gente con problemas reales, a su vez aprenden de una forma práctica.

[EN] This project is located in the western part of Benimámet. Currently the municipality can be divided into two parts, north, formed by a newer building, and the southern part, where we find the old town. This is formed by much building, and leaving little space for the streets, and much less for green areas. On both sides of this historic center, we find two large areas completely uninhabited. With this project, it is intended to provide a solution to these lateral zones to the historic center. Specifically, it will focus on the western area. These two large spaces are connected by the new greenway that has already enabled Benimámet. In the west beginning of the linear park, we also find a metro stop, which makes this area a strategic place to locate the project, because it is a teaching program that will accommodate many users. It is important to know the place of the project, because this is the reason for its own name. VITA, in Italian, life, is the thing to achieve with this project. It is not only about covering the necessary program, but also about giving the town something more than a teaching center. The building turns on itself, creating a square in the interior, and being open to the north, where is the linear park of Benimámet . Of the 5 linear blocks that are formed, three groups are created, one with a single block, and two with two blocks each. Thus each group covers the necessary program for the different degrees, electronics, informatics and image and sound, as well as the administration of the center. In low level we find the most public area, which is the great central square. This is where the greatest interaction with the town will take place, in addition to the cafeteria, it is intended to locate the workshops of the different grades, open to the people, in order to meet the needs of both, those who need technical assistance, as to the students, that by helping people with real problems, they in turn learn in a practical way.
